This website is operated by Del Castillo Latin Productions Ltd ("we", "us"), based in London, United Kingdom. Information we collect

When you send a booking enquiry through our contact forms, we collect the details you provide:

  • Your name, email address and phone number
  • Event details — type of event, date, location and any message you write

How we use your information

We use your enquiry details solely to respond to you about your event and to manage the booking if you go ahead. Enquiries are delivered to us by email via a transactional email provider acting as our processor. We do not sell your information or add you to marketing lists.

Our legal basis is legitimate interest (responding to an enquiry you sent us) and, where a booking goes ahead, the performance of a contract.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting booking, and for reasonable record-keeping after that. You can ask us to delete your correspondence at any time.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). Google Analytics sets cookies and processes data under Google’s own privacy terms. We do not use this data to identify you personally.

Embedded content and third parties

Some pages embed content from third-party services, which may set their own cookies and collect data under their own privacy policies:

  • YouTube (music videos and performance clips)
  • Spotify (music players)
  • WhatsApp (if you choose to contact us via a WhatsApp link)
